Ayes: 5     Noes:  None    Motion Passed

Vice President – Kris Vanacore

Kris is working with a new event manager at the Inn at Pasatiempo for the Annual Awards and Celebration. There was a pricing error in the original quote from Pasatiempo, the latest price is “corrected” to $69 per person for the buffet. Kris is working with the manager at Pasatiempo to try to get the per person charge down.

Kris’s budget for the awards last year was $7K and we were barely under that. Until the event order is finalized, Kris can’t do the per person pricing for members. So, she is proposing a $9K budget for this year.
