    1. Toys for Tots flyer and details submitted for advertising on social media and The Post with a save the date. Additional details beyond the save the date are on a 2nd flyer that Nancy Calvin made up and will be included in the November mid-month blast. The D’Angelo’s ran into a little snag with this year’s planning as Santa Cruz County isn’t accepting on-site donations for toys due to covid restrictions. Santa Clara County is allowing donation sites so the toys will be delivered to Silicon Valley Moving and Storage like last year.
    2. Jacob’s Heart Tour. . . Kathy will be reporting on this during the Board Meeting, Saturday 23rd October 9 very generous cars joined in giving over $3,000, Kathy Musser reported.

    Emilie Highley Hospitality

    Public Relations – Open
We are looking for someone to take this position – basics are sending photos into Panorama.  John Reed sent a picture of the Inn to Inn tour to Panorama, received a thank you, thinks it may be published.  John is happy to continue, but anyone should feel free to take photos

    Safety & Tour– John Reed
Safety – The Observer’s Report and Post Event Report for the Jacob’s Heart Tour was sent to PCA in a timely manner. The release forms were given to the LPR Activities Director.  There were no incidents to report
Tour – The November 6th Ole Amigos Tour is sold out.  We have 34 people coming to the event and to the restaurant.  The publicity for the December 5th Toys 4 Tots Tour and lunch is available on the LPR website and POST/events.  Social Media will also publicize the event.
