The meeting was called to order at 7:04PM.


Board Member Reports:
President – Peter Ridgway – Actively collecting or trying to collect sponsorship bills. Gently reminding sponsors.
March Board Minutes: Peter asked for corrections or changes: No corrections; Asked for approval to approve the minutes. Ayes: Unanimous, 6 Board members present. Noes: None

Vice President – Kris Vanacore
Written report – am on the fence about Thirsty Thursday at Beer Thirty every month, suggested Board take up question of going to San Jose alternate Thirsty Thursday. Peter and the Board discussed we are in favor of having them in multiple places, but, it is up to the person who steps up to be the coordinator as to location, etc.

Secretary – Dana Drysdale
Thanks Board for the advance materials! Will be looking for volunteers for some more test Thursdays in San Jose area after wrapping up family stuff in Illinois.

We had 67 drivers for AX#1 at Crows Landing on March 13th and 62 drivers for AX#2 at the Cow Palace on April 2nd, and all went very well.

Charity – Morgan Autism (one of our supported charities), will be having their Starry Starry Night Virtual Celebration & Fundraiser, Saturday, May 7th from 7:00-8:00 p.m. (Again, this event will be virtual.) We are posting articles to website and potentially Facebook while searching for a POST editor.

Public Relations – Open
We are looking for someone to take this position – basics are sending photos into Panorama. John is happy to continue taking pictures, but anyone should feel free to take photos.

Safety & Tour– John Reed
Safety – The March and April Autocrosses and the March tour Observer’s Reports were sent to PCA national in a timely manner. There were no incidents to report. The release forms were given or sent to the LPR Activities Director.

Tour – The Drive to the Drive Tour was well attended by 43 people, 22 cars. The drive went very smoothly and the lunch was delightful. The May 10th Filoli Estate Tour is accepting sign ups. Contact Peter Ridgway. No limit for the Filoli tour! All the details were sent with the April 1st email blast.
The Calvins are planning a one day tour on Sunday, June 19th. Sign ups limited to 28 people. Contact Nancy and Hugh Calvin. The publicity flyer has all of the details.

Social Media – Dana Ambrisko
April blast went out on the 1st. Mid month blast will be around April 15th. April 15th will include Morgan Autism Starry Starry Night and anything else coming up for events, tours, GTGs, etc.

Tech – Peter Ridgway
Nothing new to report for a new tech session. Prospecting for a session with Superior Auto Body in Campbell. Swap meet is June 5th!!

Webmaster – Jim Turk
Nothing additional to report for this meeting.  Continuing to work on site maintenance, and solving live timing for AX.
