The first Thirsty day was held on Friday Jan. 28th at The Wheelhouse in Willow Glen ( San Jose).
The Friday date was chosen because the band, Blue House, was playing on the outside patio.
The turnout was small; 10 – 12 hardy LPR party animals, but it was a great time. Good beer, a pitcher of margaritas showed up at one point as well as a couple pizzas from Round Table. All delivered by our very friendly hosts, Marcus and Kendall. The band pulled in lots of Willow Glen residents so our outside patio was pretty full but we had all the space we needed. Weather was a little chilly but the heaters were almost too much.
We’ll definitely do this again. Maybe on a Thursday. That’s karaoke night at The Wheelhouse.
