President Dana called the meeting to order at 7:01PM.
August Board Minutes: President Dana asked the Board to approve the August Board minutes. Ayes: 5 Noes: None Motion Passed
Oktoberfest: Thanks to all for your patience and understanding in moving this event.
We have 20 registrants from Monterey, none have dropped due to the change.
There were 2 from Diablo, they had to drop, Diablo has a tour that day.
It will be awesome, with the tour, the beer garden, the tech quiz, and Roads of the San Lorenzo program.
Special thanks to Honore D’Angelo for all her work on this event.
Permanent Recognition John Reed: Suggestion from Emilie and Kris about a permanent recognition.
I think this is a very good idea, partially depending on the location and cost.
The idea is a bench or tree with a plaque recognizing 50 years of continuous service and leadership.
Discussion: Would like a quick pause to see if there is discussion.
Quick Poll: Show of hands re: pursuing this idea. Emilie, Kris, and I will pursue if supported.
Any specific proposal will be brought to the Board before making it happen.
Brunch at Porsche Now: Mariah Hutchison at Porsche of Stevens Creek offered a brunch for 50 people or less. This would fit Board and Chairs, a few more. Sometime November, December.
Porsche Now is a popup storefront at Santana Row. Like the Lincoln ones, a little smaller.
Probably a Sunday AM. I will work on the date with Honore and Greg.
Request: Quick show of hands of interest?

Tech Report
9/8 Cars and Coffee at Fremont Porsche was a big success. Lots of non PCA people and lots of spectators. Our sponsors were happy!
9/22 Concours is filling up (24 cars registered). Probably going to be a light turn out.
Nothing else on the tech schedule for this year.
