The mouthwatering buffet will be Spinach Salad with feta, dried cranberries, candied walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette, Caesar salad, grilled seasonal vegetables, Cheese Raviolis in a pesto cream sauce, Thyme rubbed Chicken in a white garlic sauce, grilled Tri‑Tip in a red wine Demi, with homemade tiramisu and Nona’s cannolis.
