Paul Joseph Giannini, 81, resident of Reno, Nevada, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020.
Paul and his wife Nancy had lived in San Jose for many years and in 2000 retired to Reno. Paul was an active member and President of LPR as well as the Sierra Nevada Porsche Club. Graduating with a degree in Criminal Justice, Paul was a police officer, detective and sergeant with the Santa Clara Police Department and retired after 30 years of dedicated service to his community.
Paul and Nancy celebrated 50 years of marriage in 2018. He is also survived by son Paul Giannini II of Reno, Nevada and daughter Jennifer Walker (husband, Jack) of Livermore.
