Below is the 1971 Panorama article by Bob Rassa about his impressions of LPR. Bob was the PCA National Membership Chair at that time and he was also the one who represented PCA in presenting LPR with it’s charter in March 1970. Bob currently co-writes the Street Talk column for Pano.
